There are four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master suite has king bed, an ensuite bathroom with a steam shower, and a private deck with bay views. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a canyon view. The movie room can double as a fourth bedroom for larger parties as it has a twin trundle day bed. The third bedroom has a full bed. The second bathroom has a plunge pool bathtub.
The kitchen has top of the line appliances, Brazilian marble counter tops, and ample storage. There is a large office off of the foyer and a beautiful living room with wood burning fireplace and custom artisan touches.

“Alex's home is gorgeous. Its hillside location, hidden below the road, shaded by trees, is so special. The wooden raftered interiors, illuminated by windows and skylights, are gorgeous. They have the history and integrity that comes with time. The San Francisco skyline view from Alex's balcony is magnificent, and best enjoyed to the sound of each night's soothing cricket chirps. We were artists visiting from New York City, and Alex was incredibly accommodating to the special needs of our group.”

“WOW! This was a truly fantastic stay. Alex was easy to work with, gave us clear instructions and everything at the house met or exceeded our expectations. We were attending multiple graduation ceremonies at Cal, which made this location ideal. We were were minutes away from the campus and everything Berkeley, but with just enough separation that it was still private and quite. The house lends itself to an extended stay, with a great floor plan that that fit our family's needs perfectly. My son had his own 'wing' of the house. The home theater with the large projection screen system was great for family movie night. The kitchen is well laid out and is properly equipped for cooking and dining in. The appliances are top notch. The views from the deck surpass what is depicted in the photos. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a high end stay in the Berkeley area.”
